1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using VestroCloud's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. Description of Services
VestroCloud provides premium cloud hosting services, including but not limited to web hosting, cloud storage, virtual private servers, dedicated servers, and related technical support.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access our services and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Fees: You agree to pay all fees specified for our services. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy.
4.2 Billing: We use a third-party payment processor to bill you through a payment account linked to your account. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the payment processor in addition to these Terms.
4.3 Automatic Renewal: Unless you notify us otherwise, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rates.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Distribute malware or other harmful code
- Engage in activities that could disable, overburden, or impair our servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
VestroCloud strives to maintain a 99.9% uptime for all services. Details regarding our uptime guarantee, scheduled maintenance, and compensation for service interruptions are outlined in our Service Level Agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
Our services and their entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by VestroCloud, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall VestroCloud, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website or by sending you an email.
