At VestroCloud LLP, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with our hosting services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing or renewing any service.
1. 3-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a no-questions-asked refund on eligible hosting services if the request is made within 3 days of the initial purchase.
- Refunds are applicable only once per customer (first-time purchase).
- Renewal payments are not eligible for a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted through our official support system at https://vestrocloud.com/support or by emailing support@vestrocloud.com.
Note:
Refund requests made directly through payment gateways (e.g., bank disputes, chargebacks, or PayPal claims) will result in immediate account termination and permanent ban from using VestroCloud services.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following products and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Domain registration, renewal, or transfer
- SSL certificates
- Custom plans or custom-configured servers
- One-time setup or consulting fees
- Add-ons purchased separately from the base hosting plan
4. Refund Method
If eligible, refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise requested and agreed upon. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Final Decision
VestroCloud LLP reserves the right to deny refund requests if:
- Abuse of the refund policy is detected
- There is a history of chargebacks or disputes
- Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy have been violated
