- Shared, VPS, and Dedicated Hosting
- Domain Registration and DNS Management
- Cloud Services and Infrastructure
- Email and Application Hosting
- Related technical and customer support services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with or without notice.
3. Account Registration
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for:
- Hosting or sharing illegal, abusive, or infringing content
- Sending unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM)
- Distributing malware or phishing
- Unauthorized access or attacks on other networks
- Any activity violating applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any violation of this policy.
5. Payments & Billing
- All services must be paid in advance unless stated otherwise
- Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination
- We may charge late fees or apply interest for overdue payments
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy
6. Refund Policy

7. Backups & Data Loss
While we may offer automated backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. VestroCloud is not liable for data loss under any circumstances.
8. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Non-payment or chargebacks
- Abuse of resources or threats to system integrity
- Requests from law enforcement or regulatory bodies
Suspended accounts may incur restoration fees.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VestroCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VestroCloud LLP, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, or expense arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
11. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause downtime.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email or our website. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
